Berger CoolRoofs is a high performance water- borne environment friendly elastomaric coating based on 100% acrylic binder and hi-tech heat insulating aggregates. It possesses outstanding durability and provides high degree heat insulation properties. CoolRoofs has –

· Ability to cover hair-line cracks
· High water ponding resistance
Product Applications
Make sure the roof is washed clean and allowed to dry.
Fix any cracks using Berger Joint Putty or applying a coat of CoolRoofs and fixing a mesh above.
Any bare concrete patches, are to be primed with Berger Stabilising solution.
Once all the preperation is done, apply two thick coats of Berger CoolRoofs allowing minimum six hours between coats.
Can be applied by roller r brush, which can then be washed in fresh water.
